The pricing generated by the Handy Daddy Texas online quoting engine is a good-faith estimate based entirely on the accuracy of the information, zip code, and photos provided by the customer. It is not a legally binding contract. Final pricing is strictly contingent upon a physical, on-site inspection by our technician prior to the commencement of work.
Our quotes cover standard installation procedures. We reserve the right to immediately halt work and issue a revised quote (or decline the job entirely) if we discover unforeseen, unsafe, or non-compliant conditions, including but not limited to:
Handy Daddy Texas operates out of Seabrook, Texas. While our quoting engine attempts to calculate travel fees based on zip codes, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any generated quote if the job site is deemed logistically unfeasible, unsafe, or economically unviable to access (e.g., remote off-road locations, extreme distance anomalies not caught by the algorithm, or locations requiring specialized transport/ferries).
As explicitly stated on our platform, we only perform modifications on standard wood cabinetry or Formica countertops. Under no circumstances will we cut, drill, or modify stone, granite, quartz, marble, or solid hardwood (like solid maple block). If a technician arrives and discovers these materials require modification for the appliance to fit, the customer will be responsible for the minimum $99 consultation/trip fee.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the new appliance is physically present at the job site before our arrival. If we arrive and the appliance has not been delivered, or is severely damaged out-of-the-box, the standard $99 trip/consultation fee will apply.
Handy Daddy Texas reserves the right to immediately void any quote generated due to a technical glitch, software error, or unauthorized manipulation of the website's code (including, but not limited to, altering HTML values or bypassing script logic to produce artificially low prices). If an online estimate contains an obvious mathematical or system error, we will notify you of the correct standard rate prior to scheduling or dispatching a technician, at which point you may accept or decline the corrected quote without penalty.
